This week celebrates Chiropractic USA’s Energy Exercise workshop
on Tuesday 1/19/2013. I’m excited to teach and share a truly impactful class to
our community because it is only taught twice a year. This workshop has become one of our most
popular workshops and is a great way to recommit to exercising regularly. We will teach how to get the body moving properly for better health and
vitality... and it only takes 5 minutes! Over the years of teaching this workshop the participants and practice members continue these exercises every morning as
their way to begin the day. The community has shared with me personally that these
series of exercises have become the best habits they have implemented for
better health.
The 5 minute routine that we teach is
done seated and works every nerve level of the spine. It’s not only easy to do
